Note: The basic difference between the Regular Infant size and Premium diaper is the number of plies (layers) in the center section. The Regular Infant is 6 plies in the center with 4 layers on each side. The Premium is 8 plies in the center with 4 layers on each side. The difference in dimensions (width x length) is minimal. If you want more absorbency select the Premium with more plies. Less bulk select the Regular Infant with fewer plies.
